There’s a great, simple and cheap recipe for Peanut Butter Cookies on Donal Skehan’s Good Mood Food Blog. I reckon this should take about three minutes to prepare; the rest is cooking time. Most of the ingredients are probably at the back of your cupboard. Kids should get a kick from helping to make these cookies.
