Avoid food wastage at The Daily Spud

Posted by: peter in: Food Blogs & Websites | Food News | Recipes | Side Dishes

Who would have thought that a blog framed around potatoes could be so engaging? But The Daily Spud often throws out some great recipes and articles.

I like the look of fancy but cheap Crispy Potatoes Anna, which includes clarified butter in the tiny ingredients list. Another article takes a look at what you can do with all those delicious yet awkward vegetables that nobody really invited over. Like turnip, and cabbage.

I heartily concur! I’m a fan of The Daily Spud, and I just stopped by to add my voice to the “hooray!”
