Koh’s Six Nations Special

Posted by: jean in: Bargains & Special Offers | Restaurants

koh-logoThe Thai restaurant Koh in Dublin’s Italian Quarter is offering a Six Nations special: you can get a curry and a pint for €11 between 2 and 5 pm, for all Six Nations Matches.  Unfortunately, they will also be showing the match on widescreen tvs, but I suppose that won’t be a drawback for those of you who actually enjoy watching rugby on the telly.

Koh also have a Monday Madness offer, where all drinks (wine, beer, cocktails) are half price. Check back here next week for a full review of Koh.

The guys who run Koh are possibly the soundest restaurateurs in Dublin at the moment. They held their kitchen open for almost an hour past its usual closing time to feed 20 of my hungry colleagues after a late night stint in the office before Christmas, and yet we didn’t feel rushed at all.

Great wine list, delicious cocktails and their Pho Bo is absolutely gorgeous. Really hoping they weather the recession – they’re definitely taking the right approach.

Jaysus I was just thinking I’d go for it till I saw they were showing the match. Someone should do cheap meals and promise not to show the match. They’d make a fortune. Or at least I’d go.

Koh is brilliant with delicious food and tasty cocktails. Their chilli mango cocktail is just divine.
