Last Minute Alert: Something Special at Temple Spa

There’s something very special – and cheap – happening at the gorgeous Temple Spa tonight.

This luxurious haven, just outside Moate in Co. Westmeath, is hosting “Temple Temptations”, the fourth in a series of themed dinner nights. They’ve already run French, Italian, and Game and Mushroom evenings. Later today, head chef David Godin will serve up a delectable Indian themed six course gourmet dinner.

It’s €60 per person for dinner only, while there is also an incredible special rate of just €110 to include dinner, overnight accommodation, breakfast and access to all the spa facilities. I’ve been here myself and can personally vouch for the deliciousness of the food and the warmth of the welcome. I know it’s a bit of a last-minute alert but this is a brilliant value for money deal. If you can get away and if they’re not already booked out, it’s well worth a visit. Oh, what I wouldn’t do to blow off work and head down right now.
