  2. You’d have to judge that based on the size of your quiche tin. Ideally, it should be 23cm and it would take about eight eggs to fill that size and feed 4-6.
    You could, however, vary this recipe. Some ham or bacon would be nice as would some swiss cheese, feta, gruyere, or cheddar. Possibly some mushrooms. I’ve seen some people add chicken to quiche but I think chicken in an egg-based dish is really, really creepy.
