I would love a wine tasting course – i know roughly what i like but a lot of it is stabbing in the dark!

I love wine but am useless at picking one out without having tasted it. I’d love to be able to put a name on the flavours I prefer.

I drink quite a bit of wine but tend to stick to the same brands and varieties as I know they won’t disappoint. I’d love to learn more about wine so I’d feel more comfortable straying from my comfort zone.

I love a glass of wine complementing a dinner, but I must admit I am no connoisseur. A wine testing course is a great idea!

I recently attended a wine & food fair in Carrigaline Court Hotel in Cork where several different wines and companies were featured from Barry Collins Supervalu, Musgraves, Karwig Wines, Parsons Wines etc and the more wine i tasted the more confused i got. I simply love Maria Villa which stood out for me but i’d rather be less confused about wines and would savour an education into the wine world.
