A few recipes grabbed my attention on Irish food blogs this week. Donal Skehan’s Good Mood Food blog kicks off BBQ season with this recipe for Cajun Spatchcock Chicken, which both looks and sounds delicious.
On Italian Foodies, Lorraine has another simple and scrumptious recipe: Tagliatelle with Creme Fraiche and Rocket. For something a bit fancier, there’s also a beautiful recipe for an Italian cod stew.
And over at the Curious Wines blog, Look and Taste’s Niall Harbison shows us to how to make a big old rustic bowl of spaghetti and-a meatball-as. Mamma mia!
