Some good news for ice-cream fans: the great Murphys of Ice-Cream Ireland are setting up a scooping cabinet somewhere in Dublin. It’s in a yet-to-be-disclosed location, but keep an eye on the Ice-Cream Ireland blog for an announcement and details of an ice-cream party.

Check out the flavours they’re working on – all tributes to Irish food producers:

  • Bluebell Falls Goats cheese with honey and thyme
  • Chocolate with Kilbeggan whiskey
  • Lorge chocolate truffle
  • Porterhouse Brain Blásta beer
  • Eden Apple brandy with Irish apples
  • Irish coffee
  • McCambridge’s brown bread
  • Connemara seaweed (possible with Irish salmon)
  • Barry’s Gold Blend Tea
  • Guinness
  • Bailey’s

YUM!
