Some good news for ice-cream fans: the great Murphys of Ice-Cream Ireland are setting up a scooping cabinet somewhere in Dublin. It’s in a yet-to-be-disclosed location, but keep an eye on the Ice-Cream Ireland blog for an announcement and details of an ice-cream party.
Check out the flavours they’re working on – all tributes to Irish food producers:
- Bluebell Falls Goats cheese with honey and thyme
- Chocolate with Kilbeggan whiskey
- Lorge chocolate truffle
- Porterhouse Brain Blásta beer
- Eden Apple brandy with Irish apples
- Irish coffee
- McCambridge’s brown bread
- Connemara seaweed (possible with Irish salmon)
- Barry’s Gold Blend Tea
- Guinness
- Bailey’s
YUM!
