Antipasti for Lunch

Over at the always bellissimo Italian Foodies blog, Lorraine has some suggestions for a delicious, light antipasti lunch.

This is so quick to put together; you’re mostly just putting meats and vegetables on plates. As Lorraine points out, it’s all about the quality of the ingredients. Lidl’s parma ham, much of which I’ve eaten over the past week, is as cheap as you’d expect – €2.99 for 90g. Not only is it the cheapest option out there, it also might be the best. Conor Pope rated it very highly on Pricewatch.
