  1. I find that cherry tomatoes last for ages. I wonder what they are sprayed with to last so long. I’ve had one punnet in my fridge for a week and they are still firm and fresh…. You could buy two and use one in a pasta sauce like a raw tomato sauce. You could also “confit” them in the oven with olive oil, garlic, herbs and salt and pepper. Leave them for 3 hours in a very low oven. Keep them in oil in a jar for a few days. Yummy in sandwiches, pasta, salads, etc….
