I’m a wee bit lazy today as the flu takes over my brain, so I’m linking to some great summer recipes from some of my favourite Irish food bloggers. There’s a few here for a BBQ and a few for a picnic.
Donal Skehan’s Good Mood Food blog features a simple and delicious Spinach and Cherry Tomato Salad and another for an Asian Teriyaki Chicken Salad.
Over on Italian Foodies, Lorraine has some great links for a Lamb Burger recipe, as well as recipes for a Tuna Steak with Balsamic and a Roast Chicken with Garlic and Thyme.
Round it all off with a delicious Tiramisu recipe from sweet supremo Kieran Murphy’s Ice Cream Ireland blog.
