Readers Recommend: Butchers

Posted by: peter in: Readers Recommend

butcher-choppingFrom Eva:

Courtney Meats near the KCR in Kimmage has great quality meats at affordable prices. You’ll always find great deals, such as 5 6oz striploins for €10 or 5 fillets for €5. Bargain!

From Yvonne:

Just discovered a really good shop for buying meat, it’s Feile Foods in Ballymany, Newbridge. It has really good offers on and the meat tastes absolutely gorgeous; my partner is sending me back every week he loves it so much.  Just had to share this with any meat lovers out there. If you want tasty meat at really good prices they are worth trying out. They are really handy to find as well, they are right beside Brennans Maxol, I think most people know that place.

From Deborah:

John’s Meat Co., based in Monkstown, south co. Dublin, offers free delivery to your door with a minimum order of €30 euro. For the moms he has 24 slices of deli ham for a tenner. I don’t know about you but i am sick of being charged nearly a euro for a slice of decent ham!

Readers: over to you. Where’s good – and mad – for meat?
