A kitchen appliance sale starts today. I’m good for a creepy stainless steel bin that flies open when you go near it, ta, but I could do with :
- Kitchen scales - €7.99
- Multi-purpose 5 speed blender (my blender’s broken!) - €17.99.
- Stainless steel pans (the Tesco Value ones I bought last year are very rusty) - €8.99

And finally, Lidl’s Christmas offerings are miserably disappointing compared with Aldi’s, which I reviewed earlier this week. I can’t see myself shopping at Lidl for Christmas, if the highlights are their notoriously awful cheese, some frozen seafood, and a 4.2kg turkey for €7.99. I’m pretty broke, but I can’t imagine going near that turkey, even in complete fiscal desperation. Maybe I’m too fussy?
