If all the pancake festivities – coupled with the absence of a Mardi Gras party on these shores – are making you want to soak yourself in booze, try Crepes Suzette. These are pancakes with a hot, sweet, orange liquer sauce, and they’re very easy to make.
Simply make pancake batter according to Rercy’s instructions, then follow the instructions from Delia, a woman who appreciates alcohol soaked cake. I say it’s time we brought more festivities to Pancake Tuesday: have some friends over and then share the liquer between the pancakes and your glasses.
There’s a million billion pancake ideas out there. Jamie Oliver has this super easy one, while for American style pancakes, you can check out Jean’s post from last year.

I agree! Crepes are easy and very inexpensive. I actually eat crepes suzette for dinner sometimes, it’s that good.
