Lunch offers in Blazing Salads

Posted by: jean in: Bargains & Special Offers | Lunchtime

blazing-saladsBlazing Salads is one of  my favourite places to get a takeaway lunch in Dublin city centre: it has a wide range of interesting salads, and you can fill a takeaway box with them for about €7.  Unlike many other Irish salad bars, it doesn’t just rely on coleslaw and potato salad and other unfortunate substances drowned in mayonnaise – instead, you can get stuff like tabouleh, shoyu noodles, carrot with toasted almond, toasted nuts and seeds.  The range doesn’t change all that often, but it’s always reliable.

While in there the other day, I noticed that they have a few decent lunch offers on:

  • Soup, pizza slice and organic bread combi – €5.95
  • Soup, multigrain or rye sandwich, organic bread – €7.15
  • Soup, pitta sandwich and organic bread combi – €6.90

It does all seem a bit heavy on the bread; it would be nice to see a soup and salad combo.  But they do always have a wide selection of healthy wholegrain and rye varieties.  Have you tried the lunch offers at Blazing Salads?

I haven’t tried the offers but I was there on Sat and it’s fab! I only wish they had somewhere proper to sit. Being able to get great vegan food in Dublin is amazing. The quality of the foods is unreal.

Blazing salads has been leading the way in vegetarian and vegan food in Dublin for years… and years – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to appreciate their delicious salads, soups and hot food. They also sell their own super organic bread and of course the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable – well worth a visit to discover the tasty food they deliver fresh every day!!
