Looks lovely, must try it out. The sour Cream is cheaper in dunnes, I think it is only about €1.50.
Buy Polish sour cream, it’s only 99c for 250ml. I think the brand is Bakoma

made a similar dish last night from one of Nigella’s books – she suggested using Creme Fraiche which is only 69c for 250ml in Lidl. It was delicious.
