A couple more burger deals if you’re looking for a quick bite during the Christmas shopping. Gourmet Burger Kitchen has a decent Christmas menu where you can get a starter, main, side, and cheesecake or tea/ coffee for €15. It includes a very peculiar sounding Turkey and Ham burger which I couldn’t quite muster up the courage to try; I stuck to the delicious Mexican burger which I had with a free portion of fries, courtesy of this voucher. But I’d go to GBK for the smoked chilli mayo alone.
Over in Eddie Rocket’s – one of the two restaurants my nephew will eat in – you can add chips and a drink to your meal for just €3. Eddie Rocket’s chips are overpriced at €3.50 (and it’s still €5.50 for onion rings!) so this is a much better deal.
