I’m slowly rebuilding my spice collection and getting used a different range of products after a transatlantic move and I’ve been consistently impressed with the products (spices, oils, grains, and vegetarian items) available at Superquinn. It’s dangerous for my budget though as the fresh veg, cheese selection and deli counter (mmmmm . . . olives . . .) are almost impossible to resist!
It is very pleasant to shop at Superquinn. The staff are friendly. The steak is hard to beat and when you have two cooks at home who barbeque regularly it is important to have the best. They offer good deals at the butcher counter. Their salamis are lovely and you can have a parmesan, herb or garlic. Put on fresh bread with tomato and an oil dressing it is delicious.
My love of superquinn’s desserts is probably the reason why I have joined weight watchers! Always a great shop to go to however, plenty of selection and nice staff 🙂
I like superquinn but I dont go there everyweek, so when I do go there its more of a treat. I like that they give out free samples of bread and cakes, their cakes always look so good.
I love superquinn – their bagels and fresh bread are yum! Mum used to bulk buy their sausages and freeze them, as we live in Galway and we still make the coleslaw and potato salad recipes that they gave out years ago!
I love Superquinn, the smell of the freshly baked bread the minute you enter the supermaket is devine. We have no superquinn in wexford so i always stop in to superquinn when im in waterford and stock up on bread and other nice stuff.
