  1. Concoctions don’t need a recipe, that’s the whole point of it. I usually cook rice for instance, and the left-overs will end up in a concoction the next day, with any meat of veg available (basically a stir-fried kind of dish, though I tend to put a bit of liquid too and bake it in the oven with some grated parmesan on top).

    The gist of it is, if you can cook, if you know the basics of how to prepare meals and ingredients, you’ll be able to put something nice together for a concoction. It took me about 10 years but I think I’m at this stage now! 🙂

  2. Sounds like what I tend to do 😉

    I was taught by my mother and grandmother not to waste food so I try to turn leftovers into new dishes.

    My sons call it Random Dinners, but generally love the “concoction”!

  3. I reckon some chorizo heated through in pan before the veg would work v well too. Sounds great! and have all the ingredients necessary so that’s dinner then!
