Does anyone else find Thai food is THE most difficult cuisine in the world to master? The flavour balance is difficult to replicate. I even did a cookery course in Thailand (well it was a bit of a gimmick for tourists actually I think) but I still can’t cook Thai food as good as the Thais do. Maybe the Saba book would help. The recipes would certainly be authentic. (I would recomment the Australian Womens Weekly Thai for Beginners, got me as close as possibe to green curry perfection!). L.
