I recently came across a lovely resource for home cooks while looking for ideas for Pancake Tuesday. The parenting site MummyPages.ie has a very comprehensive recipes section, with recipes put together by MummyPages and tested by their team of mums. Recipes can be filtered by category, there’s loads that are suitable for families and there are plenty of meals that are both easy and cheap to put together.
I was very taken with these pancakes from Saba and their apple and turkey burgers – will give both a go soon and report back.
The recipe section is open to all, and setting up an account gives you access to all kinds of handy personalised gizmos – particularly useful for pregnant ladies and new mothers. Check it out!
