  3. Jon – glad you enjoyed it. Nicola – looking forward to seeing the new venue open in the IFSC. Thanks for reading the article and taking the time to comment.

  4. Interested in your comments on Seagrass. Have had two bad experiences there, neither related to the food.
A dinner there was spoiled by a large group of teachers celebrating end of school year. They had been in for the Early Bird, but were still there having a sing song when we left at 11pm. Surely Early Birders should be asked to leave at a certain time?
We returned for a Sunday lunch but got out before ordering any food. This time a couple with a a three year old allowed their child to fire toys at us without any reprimand from parents or staff.
There’s more to a good, well run restaurant than the food.

  5. Glad to see Musashi on her list. Definately one of my favourite restaurants in Dublin!

  6. John – I have sympathy for your two visits, but I actually think it’s a good sign when a restaurant doesn’t kick out Early Birds, or put them under pressure to move on. Unfortunately, I can’t do much about kids! That’s the parents’ responsibility.
