  1. It wasn’t to do with food but I once wrote such a nice letter of Complaint to RyanAir that they refunded me a flight they didn’t have to refund… A miracle!

  2. Your friend needs a support group, not more Pepsi! 😀

  3. I told Cully and Sully how much I loved their soup, esp their low fat ones, had a mad crush on their thai chicken one for a while, hoped an oul 50p voucher would be sent my way but nope nada!

  4. When I go round the farmer’s market, I tend to tell people if I like their stuff. So they get “oh you’ve no columbian beans, that’s a shame, i really love them” and they suggest an alternative and knock a few bob off.
Or I tell how wonderful the lemon cookies are, and when I order a box I find some extra ones in there (I also had tried to replicate this recipe, and couldnt, and after a few times going back to the lady explaining how I couldnt, i think she realised how much i love her lemon cookies).

  5. Haha, as a kid growing up in Florida, I used to scam freebies from Taco Bell and Disney. At Disney I would tell them my little brother dropped his food on the ground- and they would replace it for free (always! except good luck at the Chinese or Japanese pavilions). But these days I write a lot of positive reviews of companies when they deserve to be praised 🙂
