There’s a change to the usual M&S dine in deal for Valentine’s Day. For €25, you can pick up a starter, main, dessert, bottle of wine, and box of chocolates. The deal runs until Sunday February 17.

There’s also starters that aren’t included in the normal deal but still don’t think it justifies the price.

I think it’s a fair price, there are some expensive ingredients on that menu.

At first glance, it looks like you’re paying double just for a box of chocolates. But Claire is right: look at the ingredients and the menu, it’s particularly good from starter to dessert. I reckon it’s a justifiable price considering the quality of what’s on offer.

Oops, apologies: the deal also includes a side dish. I think that they can justify the price given the additions and the increased quality of the food – I don’t think this is a Valentine’s cash in.
