What is CheapEats Classifieds?

CheapEats Classifieds is a great new service that promotes good value from Irish restaurants and hotels.

If you want to promote an offer that costs €50, we will charge you €50 for advertising it here for a week. If your offer is only €10, that’s all your ad will cost.

The better value you offer; the better value you get!

Who is eligible to advertise here?

CheapEats.ie Classifieds accepts offers from restaurants and hotels (as long as the hotel offer includes at least one meal).

We regret that we currently don’t have the resources to list lunchtime offers from cafes (such as ‘coffee plus a sandwich for €5′) but can list evening meals from cafes that serve them.  If you have a query about whether your offer is eligible to be listed here, please contact us.

We also list meal deals from takeaways.  Takeaways can also opt to take out an ad to promote a ‘Buy One Get One Free’ offer for a flat fee of €30, if they are giving away an item with a purchase.

We only list special offers and deals, ads that just list standard menu prices will not be displayed.

How much is an ad?

The weekly ad will cost the same as your offer: €50 for a €50 promotion, €150 for a €150 promotion.

If you are offering a ‘Buy One Get One Free’ offer, we charge a flat fee of €30.

How long will my ad appear for?

CheapEats Classifieds run from Monday - Sunday, and a new batch will be published every Monday.  The ads are randomised so that your ad will appear in a different location each time the page is loaded. The ads are also tagged and categorised so that they will show up in searches related to price, type of cuisine and location.

You can block-book your ad for as long as you like, so if your €20 offer is running for four weeks, you can buy advertising for the entire duration for €80.

How do I submit my ad?

There’s only two simple steps to submitting your ad.

1. Fill out our form with your ad text and details.
2. Pay the charge through Paypal.

Ads must be received by Thursday lunchtime in order to appear the following Monday.
