Palo Alto, a Chilean red, is half price in Dunnes at €8.49 for a 75cl bottle. This was one of Irish Times food reviewer Tom Doorley’s three Christmas reds. It’s a blend of Cabernet, Carmenère and Syrah, and it’s fruity with a soft finish.
