I recently subscribed to a really excellent food website, and I think you guys will like it too. It’s called Recession Recipes, but doesn’t offer the usual run of the mill, depressing, ‘just buy offal’ frugal advice.
Recession Recipes splits the difference perfectly between cost-conscious cooking and imaginative, creative, gourmet cooking. Cost breakdowns are included with each recipe: the prices are in dollars, but it gives you a reasonable indication of what the meals will cost per person.
