Tonight at 8pm: go listen to the wise words of Professor Mike Gibney at the Irish Skeptics Society, where he is going to bust some of the common myths in food and health in a talk at the Davenport Hotel, just off Merrion Square. Professor Gibney is the Head of the Institute of Food and Health in UCD, as well as author of the recent book Something to Chew On, which tackles controversies and common misunderstandings about food and health from an expert scientific perspective.
