sounds good! I am not sure why one would need to blind bake for this recipe though. Thinking of trying without it
Is it not the case that if you don’t blind bake the pastry, it will rise and get out of shape and the consistency of the pastry will be wrong? Let me know how you get on.
The pastry would get very soggy if it wasn’t blind baked.
