This sounds like a gorgeous recipe. Just wondering if you have tryed it with a different meat? Trying to cut down on my pork consumption at the moment…
I have tried about 10 shops in the Dublin area to get puy lentil but I have got a lot of blank looks. Has anybody got an ideas sa to where I can get them. Do the go by any other name.
Just made this again last weekend, it’s possibly my favourite dinner. Added some tomato paste this time. Not sure if they’d work well with anything but pork sausages – I had the Prue and Simon’s and they were great.
You’ll find them in any health shop or in some bigger supermarkets, or any of the ethnic food shops, or “fine food” style places like fallon and byrne
