Oooh, interesting that they’re using such an Irish bent with the suppliers. Are these products just being sold here or in the UK aswell? I always find M&S go a little overboard with their ‘Best of British’ type slogans/advertising here (rather than make them a bit more regionally appropriate iykwim) so I wonder is this an attempt to do that?

The salmon sounds delicious – but what size/weight are the packets? i.e. how much salmon are you getting for your money?
