I wrote an article for the Irish Independent Fine Wine and Food magazine, published last Tuesday December 9, about getting organised with food for Christmas.
As part of this, I spoke to Nafisa Brennan, owner of organic spice company Orgapod and regular guest chef on TV3. Nafisa gave me recipes for Orange, Cinnamon and Coriander Spiced Nut Oil, Chilli Vinegar, and Garlic, Ginger and Shallot Oil. Make sure to sterilise all your bottles so the oils and vinegars will last longer.
