Hi Rach. You should be able to get rosewater at an Asian food or ethnic food store.
When strawberries come back in season, they go really well with rosewater and mint. Gloriously refreshing.
On a similar theme; you canmake a lovely orange yoghurt using natural yoghurt, chopped oranges and a little chopped mint with some cinnamon and optional honey for sweetness. It’s very nice in summer.
