Recipes on Irish Food Blogs

One of our favourite food blogs, Good Mood Food, has a really simple delicious recipe for Sesame Honey Duck with Brocolli. Not very many ingredients required; the most expensive part is the duck breasts.

Over at another great Irish food blog, The Daily Spud, Aoife shows us how to make a mountain of Spicy Potato Skins. Delicious with sour cream or a yogurt dip.

Round it all off with some White Chocolate Brownies or an insanely pink Raspberry Meringue Pie at the English Mum in Ireland food blog. Or some Pistachio Ice Cream from Kieran Murphy’s unfailingly excellent Ice Cream Ireland blog.

Thanks for the linkage, my darlings. You’re always welcome for a slice of pink pie if you’re passing! xx
