SuperValu announced more price cuts on over 1,000 items this week. A trolley of 40 “big brands” that cost €226.89 now costs €174.69. Have a look for yourself here.
There’s lots of special offers on alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks alike this week. SuperValu’s offers are valid until Saturday August 29, and include:

- Charmin Comfort White Toilet Tissue (4pk) – was €3.71, now €2
- Turnstone Wine Range (75cl) – was €14.99, now €6.99

I’m assuming the price of €1.99 is meant to be €19.99 for the box of 20 coors light.

Hmmm… I wonder if that means that they have to sell it for the advertised lower price? And if you took them up on it, would they?

That was a mistake. SuperValu have updated their website, and I’ve updated this post: it’s back to €19.99. Ah, even I’d drink Coors Lite if they were only €1.99 for 20 bottles!
