Last week, I was kindly invited to a very tasty dinner party. Everybody complimented the really delicious Thai fishcakes, but our host broke instantly and confessed that he’d picked them up in Tesco. Each cake was substantial, packed full of prawns and herbs, and perfectly spiced. You can pick up a packet of two for €2.75; last week Tesco had a special offer of two packets for €4. I’m loathe to recommend a Tesco product but these were really good.
