We signed up for Taste of Christmas at the Conference Centre instead! Did the F&W show last year and it was interesting. It’s very much a trade show, with classes on the fringe. Many of those classes were opportunities for vendors to hawk their wares. Top quality wares, but sales pitches all the same. The demos on the big stage were good, less marketing, more entertainment. Entry prices are a bit more competitive this year, with Taste clashing across the river. Good times to be into your food and produce.
