  1. Jacqui and her lovely boyfriend made this for me last week and I demanded they share the recipe. It’s really a gorgeous dish and as Jacq says, it’s a great spring dish. Warming, nutritious, and filling but light and well… em, springy and seasonal. Great, great dish, guaranteed to go down a storm if you make it for a loved one this Sunday. The picture is mine, but it doesn’t really do justice to this wonderfully-looking, utterly delicious meal.
