Eating out for Valentine’s? Personally, I’ve never gone out for dinner on Valentine’s night: the thought of being surrounded by so many happy – and miserably unhappy – couples enduring each other for the evening is my idea of a peculiarly sinister hell.
Nonetheless, some restaurants are making the effort to get bums on seats by putting on special offers this weekend. I’m not averse to Sunday lunch or eating out on Saturday instead!
