If you hadn’t got to them then they would have grown up to become mutton and my daddy says no one likes mutton dressed like lamb.
That’s exactly what I thought.
Youre going to hell for serving only one chop per person!
Cooking for two, I actually served up two chops each..any less would have been cruel!
mmmmm lamb – I love spring lamb chops simply grilled and served with lemon and lime wedges (plus a crisp salad and crusty bread). we must be very greedy, 2 lamb chops would feel like rations in this house!
Hey rercy – sounds tasty. You forgot to add in a quantity of potatoes in the recipe though 🙂
