Superquinn have just launched the new Essentials range. It’s their equivalent of Tesco Value or the St. Bernard range at Dunnes. The new range includes four large sausage rolls for €1.29, bleach for 59c, 500ml of milk for 59c, a bag of sugar for 89c, tortilla wraps for €1.59, carrots (750g) for 99c, and a tin of peas for 29c. The packaging is certainly more appealing than that of Tesco or Dunnes, but I’ve yet to try any of the new range.
Readers, can you recommend – or snub – any of the new Essentials selection?

I’ve tried the tortilla wraps ( €1.59) and I think they’re super. I can stock them too as the bb date is quite big.
