Love this restaurant……have been there many times! Have only recently found your blog and it’s great!! Just one point regarding Le Bon Crubeen – i find that they tend to over-cook the steaks there…..so word of warning – if you want a steak cooked medium, ask for it to be cooked rare. Apart from the steak mishaps, it’s a great restaurant and always packed out the door so book early!!
I ate there here last night for the first time and had a main, glass of wine and shared a desert. It came to about €22 each. Food was gorgeous. I had salad to start, cod on what I think was puree of sweet potatoe with lentils and parma ham as a main and a chocolate torte with salty caramel icecream for desert. De – lic – ious. Our waiter Edward couldn’t have been nicer. Great place. Will be back.
