I have never heard of a pomelo but a quick wiki tells me its like a grapefruit, but not. Anyone tried one?

Yes I’ve had a few pomelos. They are quite like a giant bland grapefruit.
It take a while to get used to them, but they aren’t bad once you get used to the blandness….
