Itsa Bagel, as recommended only today by The Daily Spud, is currently running an offer till the end of February – get a bagel from a selection of their ‘signature’ bagels (including the Caesar, the Royal, the Gourmet Veggie) with any regular coffee or tea for €6. Their bagels are usually around the €6 mark, and are very tasty, so this isn’t a bad offer.
They’re also offering a free toasted bagel with any soup.

I just went into Itsa Bagel’s Abbey St branch to try out this offer, and the staff there knew nothing about it! They were very nice about it and gave me the offer anyway, but I felt like a chancer (I tend to feel guilty even when innocent, like most lapsed Catholics). It’s a bit sneaky of them not to say on the website which branches aren’t running the offer..they only have four!

Update – I got in touch with Itsa Bagel to ask about this offer, and got a very nice reply saying that they’ve updated the website to make it clearer. It’s available in their Dun Laoghaire, Fitzwilliam and Sandyford branches only.
