Ive just been to the new Dunnes food court on Patricks Street in Cork. I am more than a little impressed. There are self service checkouts that allow you to cancel items yourself, very handy during lunchtime AND they stock cartons of egg whites! I have searched high and low for this. No, the eggs are not Irish, but the guilt of throwing away perfectly good egg yolks was slowly killing me. The cats only eat them once in a while.

do you know what brand these egg whites are i have been to the uk beofre and seen some brand like eggnation and myproitein brands??

Im afraid not. As I recall, the manufacturers code is either Swiss or Belgian. Its no matter now anyway as the cats now love their egg yolks.

Egg whites! Interesting. How does that work Claire? Is it an egg with no yolk, or the whites contained in some sort of water resistant package?
