  3. Nicola, you can find soya or even oat ‘cream’ in big supermarkets or at Hollands and Barrets. The taste is not the same, though.
    My daughter is allergic to nuts, so I’ll make this using pumpkin seeds instead. Thanks for the recipe

  4. Maybe you could make a white sauce with a roux using soy milk, you can add wine or veg stock to this to add flavour.
