Sorry, I’ve been a wee bit busy- to say the least – the past few weeks, so I neglected to inform you of Superquinn’s amazing Seafood Festival.
It’s mostly just half price hake, cod, and tiger prawns, but you’ll also find sea bass and sea bream fillets for the bargain price of just €2. But Superquinn’s fish is very, very easily the best in any supermarket; indeed it beats that of many fishmongers. I’ll be stocking the freezer.
