Save money, eat more chocolate

chocwineKieran Murphy’s oh-so-sweet blog is extolling the virtues of dark chocolate. Apparently, as well as being good for your memory, it reduces appetite to the tune of a 15% calorie reduction. There’s a delicious way of eating less and saving money. Still, I suspect my current intake – 100g a day – is a tad excessive.
