I liked this recipe from The Messy Chef blog for using up leftover potatoes in an omelette. Perfect for… well, just about anytime.

For afters, I’m finding some great cooking tips over on Lookandtaste.com: how to melt chocolate, making a sponge base, tips on a good cheese board, and much more. These are all in the dessert recipes section and, in a weird feeback loop with the future, they’re making my face fat.
